Working for Shimano as an outside contractor, our group oversaw innovative SAP cloud integration projects, coordinating smooth connections between their systems and Salesforce and creating two-way data sharing with their on-premise JDE software.
These initiatives are good examples of a dedication to innovation and operational efficiency since they are designed to meet certain business objectives and overcome particular problems. Drawing on our collective expertise, we developed robust REST APIs and implemented an aggregation database, optimizing data flow for a cohesive integration landscape. The integration solutions deployed have not only addressed Shimano’s distinct operational needs but have also empowered the organization with enhanced communication between systems, facilitating more informed and strategic decision-making.Furthermore, our group has effectively coordinated the onboarding of many Shimano retail clients globally, enabling them to conveniently utilize and benefit from our integrated services.
For Shimano and its international retail partners, this strategic initiative was crucial in lowering order waiting times and optimizing overall operating expenses. Expanding our services to a larger network of retail clients strengthened the value proposition of our integrated solutions globally. We improved order processing accessibility and efficiency while also helping Shimano achieve a more efficient and economical supply chain.
